Advice is to switch the Remote Control option on in the Kasa app, under Device, but I can't see the option available.
Any ideas?

1. please make sure the remote control is working on the kasa app, on your phone, please disable the wifi, only use the 4G network, and then check whether kasa app can control the KC120, if yes, which means that the remote control is working
2. Disable then enable Kasa skill.
3. The Kasa account you use in Google Home App should be the same account that you sign in to Kasa App.
No luck unfortunately. 4G worked fine and made sure both were logged in with the same email. Accounts link successfully but can't find device.
