Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 6.30.223.228

2.4GHz network doesn't show on the wifi list, i currnetly can only connect to 5GHz wifi. I already change to a new router and adapter but still, i can't seem to find 2.4GHz wifi. Im currently using AC1300 Wireless Dual Band PCI Express Adapter. Please help

Hi,

How far away between the adapter and your router now? Can you see the router's 2.4GHz WiFi on your other devices?

 

Please try to change the router's 2.4GHz wireless channel to 1 or 6 or 11, then the adapter will able to detect it.
