Hello, I own this WLAN Smart Plug HS100 V3 twice and serve it via Alexa. This worked fine all the time, but the Smart Plug has not been connected to my network for a week now. I've already tried the Kasa app to reconfigure the sockets completely, but this does not find my wireless network. Even when I tried a manual search of the network, this was not found. My network works perfectly, because a laptop, mobile phone and Alexa are connected without any errors. At the router nothing was changed. Can you help me?

Hello,

 

Please move the HS100 closer to the main router first, please notice that the wireless channel should be 1-11.

 

Then please ensure that the wifi light is flashing amber and green; if not, you can reset it: with the plug powered on, hold the settings button for 10s.

 

After that, you can follow the instruction below to configure it:
