Model: Archer C5400X
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.2.2 Build 20170912 rel.56240

Hi! When I tried to configure Archer C5400 (not in drop-down list) I met a problem: on the tab for Custom IPTV settings I need to fill boxes for Internet VLAN ID, VoIP VLAN ID, IPTV VLAN ID. When I fill all boxes IPTV is working, but there is no Internet access. When I setting Mode to Bridge no IPTV but Internet is OK. IS provider says that I should fill only IPTV VLAN ID box with value 35 and leave all other boxes empty, but it is impossible - I can't save page with unfilled boxes. Previously I had router D-Link Dir-300 supplied by IS provider and for Dir-300 it was only necessary to enter IPTV VLAN ID, QoS, tagged and untagged ports.

Is there is any way to solve this problem? Please, answer me.

By the way I am in Chisinau, Republic of Moldova and my IS provider is Moldtelecom.

Hello,

Please enable IPTV and choose custom mode and then enter the IPTV VLAN ID and enable the 802.1Q tag. For internet VLAN ID and VOIP VLAN ID, you can leave them empty.

After that, click save and check whether you can access internet.

Any updates please let me know.

Wish you good luck.

Hi Buddy,

It seems your Internet service provider only allow the TAG on IPTV port.

Try to set a random VLAN for Internet port but uncheck "802.1Q Tag". I think it means no vlan tag in Internet port.

Hello,

Please create a VLAN ID for internet/VOIP randomly, like 10, 20; meanwhile please try to uncheck the 802.1Q tag to give it a go.

Besides, you can enable it to do a comparison analysis if there is still no internet with it disabled.

Any updates, just let us know.

Good day.
