M7350(EU) failed to upgrade FW??

I recently buy the M7350(EU) v4 mifi
when i tried to upgrade to newest fw from tp-link website, i have this problem, it stops me from upgrading m7350
I downloaded newest fw from website https://www.tp-link.com/vn/support/download/m7350/v4/#Firmware
after that, i extract the zip file to have the fw file M7350(EU) 4.0_1.0.16 Build 181220 Rel.1116n_User.zip
Then i tried to update my fw with this fw
I dont know what wrong with my device?

I bought it in Indonesia.

Hello,
I have the same issue: every old or new US or UK version get "failed to update"
I have v3 ver M7350(EU)_V3_160330 and trying to update to M7350(EU)_V3_190531.
So can you please help me and point me to an update tool?

ciao possiedo un modem tp-link-m7350_2686b8 con ver:2.0 ho scaricato l'ultima versione del firmware v5 e seguito tutti i passaggi per l'update ma non me la fa installare chiedo cortesemente aiuto o info necessarie per l'aggiornamento grazie in anticipo
