M7350(EU) failed to upgrade FW??

I recently buy the M7350(EU) v4 mifi
when i tried to upgrade to newest fw from tp-link website, i have this problem, it stops me from upgrading m7350
I downloaded newest fw from website https://www.tp-link.com/vn/support/download/m7350/v4/#Firmware
after that, i extract the zip file to have the fw file M7350(EU) 4.0_1.0.16 Build 181220 Rel.1116n_User.zip
Then i tried to update my fw with this fw
I dont know what wrong with my device?

ok so what firmware can be used....if we cant use d generic......can u pls just help with any firmware that may work....perhaps the WiFi may work again

Are you also getting a M7350(MYDigi) version? If that is the case, you need to confirm if there is any newer firmware with Digi, your provider, as this is a customized version for them, we don't provide any generic firmware update for it.

I have a problem with my TP-Link M7350 V5. I cannot upgrade firmware. Below the link i get download the firmware, my device information, error pop up when trying to update and the firmaware which related with my device.
My device model (on the back device) is M7350 Ver:5.0

Hi, we have checked that your firmware is a Maxis customized version, so this firmware can't upgrade to the general version on the official website. You need to confirm if there is any newer firmware with Maxis, your provider, we don't provide any generic firmware update for it.
