I cannot find the original firmware number  on the device. What I was able to find is the following:

 

The model number is: Archer C7 (CA) v 2.0

 

Current Firmware: 3.15.3 Build 180114 

 

I bought this device from Amazon at the time.

in the inbox message, it mentioned an attachement for upgrading the firmware, but I couldnt find an attachement.

I have the same issue.  I bought my router in the Philippines, but had some problems and when i i updated it, it loaded the EU version.

 

Now I am worried I might brick it if I download the firmware version from the Philippines.

 

Please advise what i should do.

Could you please send me the instructions as well? I am having the same problem with the Canada version.

 

1. The current firmware and its country version: 

Firmware Version:

3.15.3 Build 180114 Rel.39265n

2. The original firmware and its country version which is printed on the bottom label:

Archer C7 (CA) V2

it was bought in Canada. the firmware has definitely been upgraded since then. maybe the wrong US version was installed by mistake? either way, i'd like to install the proper CA version but it wont let me, which is bizarre.
