I have a problem when i try to configure my wifi 2.4GHZ i get an error code 9805 (Corresponding case not found)
what can i do?

Hi,
could you please show us a picture of the error message?
Meanwhile, you can go to basic-wireless page or advanced-wireless settings page to change them and give it a go.
If still the error message, please hard reset it by holding the reset button and reconfigure it to change the wifi settings.
Any updates, please let us know.

Hello,
I have the same issue. bought mine from eBay seller. Open box.
Excitingly tried to configure it as it arrived and...
Can't configure the 2.4GHz wifi. when trying i get the same error message (9805 etc) PLUS the 2.4GHz wifi channel is not visible by any of my home devices/
for over 3 hours I tried all the tricks in the book. Many of them a few times in different order/
This is what I tried:
1. turn on/off.
2. try to configure via advance settings.
3. hard reset.
4. reboot.
5. set back to factory settings.
6. make sure it is the last firmware (yes it is).
7. try to configure via different devices (mobile, laptop, another laptop).
nothing works.
Any ideas?

Yes. The same message.
I bought it from an eBay seller.
managed to get in touch with TP-Link support. They connected remotely and confirmed that the problem is with the router itself.
Sent it back for refunding.
