!!!THE MODEM MODEL IS ARCHER MR200 / AC750!!!

 

I bought an Archer MR200 4G modem. When I insert the SIM and connect via Ethernet to the admin interface, it doesn't pick the right carrier (I read it should do automatically). The I set manually the apn but it doens't connect at all.
I'm based in Italy, carrier is TIM, tried with another SIM from H3G, same result. IP address stays at 0.0.0.0.

Somebody can tell me what's the problem?

Post some screenshots of status and network map pages, and syslog is very usefull as far as I know. I believe TP-Link will be glad to help you with your issue.
