Hi all, anyone know a solution to connect TL-WPA9610 power line adapter to virgin media hub3 router. Thanks

What is the light status of the 9610? 

 

Please ensure that the powerline lights are on, which looks like a saturn/global.

@Kevin_Z I am having the same issue. All the lights are on as they are supposed to be but no internet to either my Xbox or ruku at the extender
