Firmware Version: 1.0.0 Build 20180509 Rel. 55710(6682)

It recently started this problem, it connects to the main modem but can not access the internet, when I connect directly to the main modem with my computer the internet comes normal but when connecting through the extender it gets "no connection"

I have already updated to the current version that is on the site and now the problem has worsened.

What is the light status of the 855RE? 

 

Do you use  the home wifi password to configure this range extender?

so, the light is all good, blue and working normally and about the password, yes, i use the same password for the range extender, the same as my modem is.

 

This link that u send, my problem is like the Case 3, i connect but seems not to have internet, but, if i connect directly to my modem the internet working.

 

The problem occurs sometimes, like now, is working normally.

So the 850RE works fine but sometimes there is no internet access from it? 

 

With your computer connected to the 850RE but no internet access, what is the IP address and gateway obtained?

Can you ping the gateway of the main router at that point? 

 

What is the current hardware and firmware version of the 850RE? 

 

Meanwhile, if there is no internet from the 850RE, with your device connected to the main router directly, can you get internet?
