Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.5.0

Hello,

 

My Camera worked fine for 1,5 year but then when it rebooted it couldn't find it's previous camera angle. Like a couple of weeks now it only go's up and I can't use the pan/tilt because it say's it has reached its max. 

So I thought to downgrade the camera to a previous firmware but this doesn't work.

Can anybody tel me how to downgrade the firmware?

there is an user case, try to contact their tech support to get the instruction and firmware to downgrade.
