Hi All, 

 

Can anyone help me, I am having TP Link TD-W8968 ADSL modem router, its suddenly stopped working. when i tried to login using LAN cable. its prompted to login window. however, after giving credential, its not allowed to get in.. then I tried to reset it to factory reset. However after doing that also its not taking default username and password.

 

Can anyone help me to fix this.

Please ensure that you have hard reset it successfully. Below is the instruction: With the Router powered on, use a pin to press and hold the Reset button for at least 5 seconds. And the Router will reboot to its factory default settings.

 

Then try to login with the following instruction: https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/114/

 

Still the same, change another web browser or device to re-login.
