What is the led status of the A2300? Especially the wifi leds?

Can any device see the 5GHz? Or all of them cannot detect it?

Please login to the web interface of router and go to basic-wireless page to verify whether the wifi function is enabled by default; You can show us a picture as well.

Besides, you can hard reset it by holding the reset button/hole for 10s with it powered on.

To do further analysis and fix this issue, please check the led status of the router when the 5GHz network disappeared.

Meanwhile, at that time, please login to the web interface and check whether the 5GHz network is enabled and funtional.

Is there any error message about the authorization problem? Like incorrect password?

You said you need reset the router to make it work? Do you hard reset it by holding the reset button/hole or just power cycle it?

When and where did you buy this router?

@maq

Is it Archer VR2800?

Please confirm the wireless settings of 5GHz; and try to change another wireless network and password or wireless channel.

Please forget the network on your mobile or laptop and reconnect to it with the password;

Still the same, you can hard reste the router and verify whether you can connect to the default wifi network.

Good day.

@Pokai

Can you please confirm if you cannot even see the 5G signal on all devices, or you can see the signal but cannot connect to it? If it is the latter, confirm when you tried to connect to the main 5G or 2.4G network on the phone or tablet, was there any error message, such as cannot connect...?

Please disable the Smart Connect on the router, create a different network name for the 5G network again, ensure it is different from the old name, modify the 5G wireless settings, such as changing the channel to 36 or 48, channel width to 40MHz, security to WPA2-PSK, AES, then reboot both the router and the devices to confirm.
