I have been notified of a movement event and when accessing the app im not able to see the recording in cloud or the camera live. I have validate from my wifi host that the router has wifi and is connected to the cam.

To do further analysis and fix it, could you please tell us the mac address of the camera? 

 

If possible, please tell us your cloud account as well; considering the security and privacy, you can send us these information privately via message.

Thanks a lot, hope to find a solution as i'm at the moment on vacation and i don't have any security in my house as the camera suddenly stopped working after one week working correctly. I will wait the reply.
