First to all, hi! :-)

Another guy on the Forum, and immo one question....

I use the AV600-300 kit (1 main adapter, 2 wifi Dlan adapters v4.

The nettraffic is about 200-300 mbps, so fine to me. But.... the so called main adapter (which is connected directly to my router over UTP cat 6) has only bugging 100mbps data troughput (omg)

can anyone tell? Does anybody know?

Fred

@fwg

As you can see, the ethernet port is 100Mbps of the main adapter.

Interface TL-WPA4220: 2× 10/100 Mbps Ethernet Port
TL-PA4010: 1× 10/100 Mbps Ethernet Port

The AV600 is the highest powerline rate in theory. However the power line circuit is very complex, there may be much interference. Generally speaking, the conversion rate between the powerline rate and the actual speed is about 30%-40%; considering the interference, we use the 100Mbps ethernet ports, which should be adequate for the daily network activity.

If the bandwidth is over 100Mbps, it is suggested to buy powerline adapter with gigabit ethernet ports, Like TL-WPA8630kit, TL-WPA7510kit.

Wish your kindly understanding.

Good day.
