Archer T4E giving extremely low speeds
Hey Guys,
did i get a malfunctioning Archer T4E?
my internet is 100Mbps, and i have the latest driver version installed.
I am getting VERY low speeds when using the Archer T4E:
- Using the T4E on 2.4hz i get ~25Mb/s (ping 9 and ~3ms to gateway)
- Using the T4# on 5Ghz i get ~3Mb/s (ping 9 and ~4ms to gateway)
- For benchmarking - Using an old TL-WN822n i get ~80Mb/s (ping 9 and ~3ms to gateway) (same exact location as the PCI-E antenna)
isn't the new + PCI-E model supposed to be much better than a 10y old usb adapter?
Signal also looks very nice on the PCI, better than the USB
