90% of my house I have TP Link Kasa bulbs in the lights. For over a year all my Alexa Echo devices have been fine controlling every bulb. flats in chembur

Now today Alexa echo’s throughout my house will not turn on or off any of the TP link Kasa bulbs, I’m manually having to use light switches again. They keep saying “sorry I didn’t find a device named..” The Alexa app will still control the bulbs, as will the Kasa app on my phone though.. flats in borivali east 

Anyone else having this issue today? I reported it to Amazon. This just really is crappy, considering like I said nearly my whole house has these bulbs. prabhadevi apartment mumbai

What is the model number of the smart bulb? 

 

Are you able to turn them on and off remotely via the kasa app?

 

Try to reboot them to check whether they are responsible; besides, you can create a new device name for the smart bulbs and relink them up to the Alexa app.
