We are sorry for the inconvenience caused here; and there do have some firmware available for US version, which we released it once we got the feedback about the usage issue.

To release a firmware, we need develop one first, and then we need do numerous tests to verify its performance and improve it; once it passed the tests, we can release it publicly.

For the EU version, there is a plan to launch a new firmware, and our engineers are working on it.

We respect and understand any decision you would make, and we will keep working and provide better products and customer service for you.

Good day.

It seems that we will have to turn to the European Commission for Consumer Protection because you are playing with us Europeans.
You discriminate against all Europeans. Do you know how many countries there are in the European Union? How many people are in the US and Europe Can you be considered right? How Many People Discriminate Do You Understand? Your Engineers Work It Looks For The US Only. We in Europe Be Silent and Last When Discriminating Us? No We will not remain silent We are standing still and waiting for some Engineer Leader to move his ass and do the work for which he is paid!
Either Everyone in Europe Will Get The Perfect Support And Service Or We Take The Discrimination Issue In Court To See Who Wins. There is no way to hide the facts that anyone can see and show in court. When the Facts speak and the gods are silent. You are on the move you have little time you understand? I wish you a pleasant day!
