For the ofifical firmware, there is no certain release date, you can keep an eye on official website for the updates.

Hi kevin I did but same issue. I did however not do a factory reset. Woud that not delete all the messages?

Theoretically it won't; you can factory reset the router and  then verify whether it works as expected.

I did do a ful reset and that what fixed the issue for me nearly a week on ive had no issues its now working as it should

After doing a factory reset I can confirm I can now see new messages, but the reset wiped the original message so now I dont know what it was!

Fix works brilliantly though so thank you!

Hi,

 

I am using Archer MR600 in France. My provider is SFR.

I was experiencing the same problem with SMS: no problem to send, but unable to recieve.

With the beta firmware everything is now working fine.

When can we expect the release of the official firmware ?

@PaulWilliams Forgive the ignorance on my part: how do you activate the SIM card for the Archer MR600. I have downloaded and installed the recommended beta download and as you say there is a watermark "confidential...." but inbox messages still don't appear. They do appear in Outbox, etc. and the inbox count increases as I receive more messages @jwpiano

@jwpiano I registered my SIM with the network and they send me a text with a code I have to enter for more data.  When you upgraded the firmware you MUST also reset the device to correct the issue if you look further up this thread there is information if how to do this.  Mine now seems to work as expected.

Thanks @PaulWilliams I have looked up the three network site how to activate the SIM. Let's hope that starts to show the messages. I don't want to do a factory reset after changing the name of the connection, passwords, smart switch, and best of all the One-mesh system through the house, which saved having to re-connect to an extension link. I thought the network would activate the card when I changed to the new SIM, but it is three.
