Hi to everyone.

I have a TL-R480T+ smb load balance broadband router.

I've configured 2 wan connections.

The first is a Telmex Modem with the IP Address 192.168.10.254

The second is a TotalPlay Modem with IP Address 123.10.10.1

Yesterday I configured this device, and both connections are working on system Status.

Today, I see my web interface and the first connection is Not Connected.

Also, if I connect the Telmex connection to a computer, the internet service is currently working.

The second connection always shows Status Connected.

The Link Backup is configured:

ID Primary WAN Backup WAN Mode Effective Time Status Operation
  1 WAN1 WAN2 Failover -- Enabled

This is the Wan Status List

WAN Status List

ID Port Port Status Operation
1 WAN1 Offline
2 WAN2 Online
3 WAN3 Offline
4 WAN4 Offline

What's hapenning with my broadband router?

can anyone tell me about this situation?
