DECO E4 stuck in yellow light

Hello,
Just bought the 2 pack Deco E4 and upon setting up one of the unit stuck in yellow light mode and not able to enter setup mode(blue blinking light).
The unit also not displaying the blinking yellow light, only constant yellow light.
Troubleshooting done:
- Tried changing power cable with the working unit - not working
- Tried rebooting & reset the unit couple of times - not working
- Tried connecting the "stucked" unit to working unit directly via LAN - not working
So now i'm stuck with only 1 unit working and not able to add the additional unit to set up my mesh network at home.
Anyone have experienced similar problem ? Can share any steps to rectify this.

@Meejano_Harun I couldnt seem to fix this issue or find a way out, so i ended up returning the device to the supplier, who exchanged them for a new set. I did not update the firmware on the new devices and they are working 100%.

Have you tried the firmware recovery?

After that, if still nothing happened, please try to contact the shop retailer to check for warranty.

Hi,
Was the model number Deco E4 as well?
Did it blink yellow all the time and never stop？
--if yes, have you tried the factory reset as well as the firmware recovery?
And all the units have the same issue, or just one of them?
Did it happen after some specific issue, like the firmware update, power outage, or out of no reason?
