Hi

 

i have the latest version of the app on latest iOS but the issue is been there since installing IOS 13, on the app you can add devices to the widgets, on the iPhone you scroll on the home screen you can switch off and on the plugs , since the update to IOS the widget show error "Unable to Load"

 

Any ideas how to get it to work?

Thanks for your requesting. 

 

It seems that you customized the device icon of the smart plug; for now it is suggested to remove the custom icon and use the default ones.

 

And this issue will be solved in next app release. Sorry for the inconvenience caused here, you can keep an eye on official websites for the updates.
