I am unalbe to connect my Deco to the internet as my isp requires service name to connect. Where I can find it in Deco app.

Hi Kevin, I too have this issue. Please add this feature. You regular routers have this feature, just need to extend it to decos.

@TP-Link what about other PPPoE parameters? I'm specifically thinking about:
1. Selection of VPI/VCI for the connection (e.g. 8/32)
2. Encapsulation: LLC vs. VC-MUX

Is there any news on when this Firmware update will be available? That is the only thing which is stoping me from removing the ISP provided Router.
