I tried to install my HS 200 on the bathroom, I follow al the physical installation like the TP show me and the smart switch wroks and I can configure the wifi and use on KASA APP but it not turn on the light (bulb) as you can see on the photos.

I used this HS 200 in other room to test and it is working correctly.

I tested 2 different lamps/bulbs and have the same problem. The lamps are OK, because when I remove the HS 200 and turn on just using the wires neutral + fase everything works fines.

I don't have any idea about what happing. Can you help me? Any tip?

You need to connect the white wire to one of the black on the switch.

Connect the black wire to the other black of the switch.

If you have a neutral wire in the box connect it to the white wire of the switch.

That looks like power through fixture lighting - you don't have a neutral wire available (the white is power coming from the fixture). You can't use a smart switch there without adding a neutral wire to the box.

I tried to do this and my bulbs start to blink/flicking

I tried every combination possible and nothing works.

Maybe my neutral wire is not good? how can I test that?

For a test.

You need to connect the white wire to one of the black on the switch.

Connect the black wire to the other black of the switch.

Connect the bare wire to the green and white of the switch.

If it works you will then know that you need a neutral wire.

This is only a test, do not leave it wired this way.

No need to test, you only have 2 wires - it's power through fixture wiring (look it up online). You simply cannot use a smart switch there unless you run a new wire for neutral. This looks like a bathroom - if you do Bill's test you MUST NOT leave it wired like that, it's very, very dangerous to do so.
