I simply can't get my schedule to turn on/off my lights.

 

I have read a few threads about re-sync'ing my timezone and location, then deleting and readding the schedule, but nothing seems to work.

 

Any help you can provide, would be appreciated.

@Moderator_Edwa Can you please remove that inappropriate reply, and perhaps help with my issue in some way.  I purchased this smart switch to be able to use the schedule function, and it doesn't work at all.

Hello, may I know which location you chose when you firstly set it up? 

 

You can tell me the MAC address of the HS200 and your cloud account, then we can do further analysis with these info.

It's been over a month now... any update you can provide? The schedules on my smart switch still don't work... please help.

  I'm having the same issue. Everything was working fine and then all of a sudden the schedule stopped working. I deleted the  scenes and the schedule and redid from scratch but it's still not working any help would be appreciated thanks.

I’m having the same issue with the HS220 model. Reset a couple of times, re-synced with location... All other functions work properly but schedule is simply not working. Thanks for the support

Hi,

Could you please refer to the following suggestions:

1. Make sure the device time is correct;

2. After creating the schedule, please make sure there would be an on-going schedule profile under the device list;

3. Please figure out the schedule would be delayed or it did not take effect at all;

4. how long have you had this device and when did this issue start?

Its been a year since this issue was reported in this thread and there is still no solution. I bought HS220 mainly for the schedule feature and it doesn't work. I have already tried all the suggestions that you guys keep repeating. The schedule is in the profile but does not work. I also own HS103 plug which works without any issues in the same location and app. The only difference I see is that in the device list screen I see the next event for the plug but not for the switch. See attached screenshots (device list & switch schedule).

 

If multiple people have the same issue that means there is something wrong with the product and not the people or the setup. Please fix this issue or give us a solution. It is very unprofessional and unacceptable that you sell a product with known issues. If this is not resolved in next 1 week I will be posting this issue all over the internet and make sure your sales drop significantly for this product.
