Archer c6 "no internet access" and sometime not connecting to the wifi saying "limited connection"

I've faced basiccally two kind of problems. Am I received a faultly product?
- Sometimes in some of my connected devices showing "no internet access" but at the same time the other routers connceted with same internet have internet access.
- Sometimes Some device could not connected to the router but the wifi are showing in the list. After some time of tring it show "limited connection" even I'm setting beside the router.
Every time at the time of problem I instantly connected to my another router which is tplink TL-WR841N, connected to the main WAN and that was working perfectly. Archer c6 is connected with the WR841n with wire and dynamic IP setup.
The problem always fixed every time after restart the router. I need to restart the router almost two to three times a day which the other one is on from long time. I've even forgot when I've turned off my WR841N.
Does I've received a faulty archer c6.

I can see that the mew firmware has been added on indian page of Archer C6 v2. Although, there has been some mistake. The firmware i have been using is EU but I can only see US ones there. I tried updating to latest update and one before it but it says invalid file type both times most likely because indian models use EU firmware and not US. Can you please notify the relevant team(s)?

@Kevin_Z will the eu model will get the 2021 firmware update ? We can see that the Indian model took a firmware update

Hello guys, after i install OPENWRT in my archer c6 .. all my problem 2.5 ghz not stable fixed and work fine right now
openwrt complex but deserve to try it

Indian models use EU firmware as well. There has been some mistake from tplink's end that they have updated the page with US firmware on tplink IN page.

I told this long ago. But there are still people waiting for the official firmware. I have lost all hope from tplink. The open wrt is super smooth and stable since I installed it over 8-10 months back.

Hi, it's not a mistake, as far as I know, there are EU and US versions in the local market, some use the EU version and some are the US.
Regarding the new official firmware for the EU version, you need to pay attention to the official website for an update, we don't get advanced notice of a new release.
