Model: Archer AX3000

Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version:

I have two AX3000 on order assuming they would support wireless bridging or WDS or "client" mode or WISP or "Client+Access Point". But the user guide does not indicate that they do. As this would be a deal breaker for me, I need to know if the AX3000 can run in other than pure router mode?

I realized that any two routers can be bridged by wired ethernet connected port to wired switch port but I don't want to spend the money to set up the long back haul which would have to be MOCA 2.0 or 2.5 and the AX3000 already blew out more budget!

Hi, the Archer AX3000 supports regular router mode and AP mode only, as I checked from the user manual, it does not support WDS bridging function, so it can not connect to other routers by wireless to boost wifi signal.
