Vr400 keeps disconnecting from internet
I have vr400 and I keep losing internet from time to time for at least a few min. Both wifi and LAN.
When I look on my phone its connected to the wifi but it says "internet may not be available"
My internet supplier says he didn't see any disconnections on his side.

problem still persists on this version for me. Router is unusable, tp link support sent me some beta firmware which stabilised the connection, but at 10% of my download speed so that was useless. Retailer I bought it from won't accept it they say I must deal with TP link. I'm fed up of this now, having to using my isp hub now

Yes I tried the problem still exists. Archer_VR400(EU)V2_200706
I am connected with ethernet. There is no problem when wifi is turned off. I tried it on another computer and the same happened.
The connection drops for 5-10 seconds and gives "Please configure your DNS manually" error.

my problem was connection goes off and I had to restart the router so it obtain new IP
would you please verify again clearly your problem and what version of router you are using

By the way, I sent the device for warranty they replaced it with a new one. The same problem happened in this.
i will send again because I believe there is something wrong with the device.

new update for the latest .6 firmware
connection lost and didn't reconnect till i restarted the device , iam actually getting nervous
i contacted my neighbour having same internet from same isp with his installed huawei router and didn't have that issue
