Hello,

Protecting a router with password should be an easy task. However, despite precisely following the steps recommended in search engines and in the TL User Guide, I cannot access the router to set a password. IP adress on router is 192.168.1.254.  The link given in the Guide for TL_WA901ND does not lead to the login page  - but ot a page informing that 'I might have an issue' (User name and password are on the router).  TL support online chat nor phone available. Can you help?

 

I can choose the router in 'available networks' and can log on to the internet. However, Router is open WiFi, i.e. unprotected. This needs to be changed asap

do not know firmware version. Can see the router in my network, however cannot add router to allowed Apps in Windows Firewall (believed that might be the issue, i.e. that Windows Firewall is blocking).  The 'S<ystems', 'LAN', 'WLAN' and 'Power' lights on the router are constantly blinking
