It must be country dependent.
I can find it in my country's page. Try here:

Maybe it's time to remove the "Coming Soon" from the OneMesh products page. It will be the first time I would see one disappear

@Vesper I updated about 12 routers in my network to the new firmware 20200402 from version 20200110. And I have NO problem with password. Maybe problem appear if you update from older firmware 190115 directly to new.

@2MEX2 what previous firmware you update from?
My current version is 1.2.1 Build 20200110 rel.60119.
OK i just read again and see you updated from 20200110.
Any other issues? The earlier posts sounds alarming.

@2MEX2 It was 1.2.1. The only possibility to login was email/password. But, after few days problem disappear.
Now i have 1.3.0 after "restore to factory settings", and i still have problem with disconecting from internet for few minutes few times a day. I testing now to use router purely, without switch and repeater. So, will see

@EdikK In new version you may switch between types of login. By password or email. After update I do always Chrome browser history erase. As many times were problems because of this. Updates was done not from files but from Online Upgrade function. For 5G I use 40Mhz Channel Width for less interferenca and more stable signal through the walls. Also, keep in mind that there maybe incompatibility with some Wi-Fi cards. In aditional, I use TxBF, MU-MIMO - ENABLE.

@evanslee It takes time to get statistics about how stable new firmware working. Cuz old firmware 190115 was unstable, routers hangs 1-2 time per month.
