If you cannot set it up successfully, please do some basic troubleshooting as below:

https://www.tp-link.com/en/support/faq/2234/

 

Check and ensure the LEDs are correctly showing up after the configuration. Kindly show us the full screenshot of the status page if still no success. And please export the system log to us which you can find on the settings-system tools-system log and please tell me the model number of the main router.
