@albertok
Hello,
For the unstable issue of powerline devices, please try the following suggestions:
1. Please connect a computer directly to the main router by cable and confirm the router is stable.
2. Turn off Power-saving mode on powerline devices:
https://www.tp-link.com/en/support/faq/2018/
3. Put powerline units into the same room and test stability
4. Try different wall sockets for powerline units, and make sure they are away from home appliances.
Note: For multiple end devices and more than 2 powerline units, please simplify the topology and only leave 1 end-device and 2 powerline units for testing (A->B, A->C, B->C).
If the issue persists, please let us know your testing results in details, and help confirm some information:
1. What about House Led/LED Status on both devices when the issue happens, for example, House Led go off/ Red/ Solid Green?
What are the symptoms of the issue, for example, PC has no internet by cable, wifi connected no Internet? What is the Error message?
2. If House Led is On when the issue happens, please check the IPv4 address and gateway and send us a photo: https://www.tp-link.com/en/support/faq/838/
Please ping the default gateway and send us the ping results:https://www.tp-link.com/en/support/faq/838/
3. May I know your network topology? Do you have a stable wired connection on the main router?
4. When did you purchase the powerline units and when did the issue begin?
5. How many end-devices connected to powerline units by cable or by WiFi and what are they, like pc, laptop or smartphone, Windows or mac?
6. How to recover the connection, such as restarting the Powerline units or the connection is restored automatically?
7. May I have the photo of the firmware version on tpPLC Utility?
If it is not the latest version, you can refer to this FAQ to upgrade the firmware:

Thanks for helping us with the troubleshooting!
