I changed my internet provider a couple weeks ago but my TP link Archer VR1600v router keeps reverting back to my old ISP details (internode). It happens at random times, and only every few days. What can I do to stop it reverting back to my old details as its obviously dropping my internet connection?

@Jaredsssss

Hi, you can try to delete the old ISP files on the Advanced-Network-Internet.

Only keep the current new ISP item and delete all the old items.

Or, you can reset the router by pressing the reset button for about 10 seconds and reconfigure it with the new ISP information again.

Note: Please hold the reset button until the lights' status change.

If the issue happens again, please send us the screenshot of Internet items and the information comes back to the old one.

Look forward to your reply.
