@nieXas

Hi,

Did you mean that you could not log into the Archer C9 V3 via clould account as well?

Would there be any error message and can I have a picture of that?

Thanks a lot and wait for your reply.

@gorisrael I have exactly the same problem that you discribe with you're Re505x. I cannot login into the TP-Link cloud. With my Archer AX20 router does it work.

Hi, I have same problem. I connected my AX74 to the cloud without any problem. Extender RE505x cannot be connected, still error "Timeout" both from Tether app and web interface.

@Solla-topee

I have just posted this in the thread concerning the Archer AX11000 Beta OneMesh firmware, so I don't know if it's appropriate here, but the problem does seem similar to the OP's.

When I connect my two RE505Xs to the AX11000 in OneMesh and bind their IPs and MACs, I also need to make the following settings in their GUIs (otherwise they go offline in a short time):

1) ; and

2) ; or

3) .

And, when I do so, I cannot then log into TP-Link Cloud through their GUIs (or through Tether).

The problem repeats itself irrespective of firmware (I have tried 200604, 200730 and 201013).

Funnily, if I perform step 2) above, each RE505X's system log fills up with messages stating the it has received an IP different than that to which it is bound (e.g. it is bound to 192.168.0.219, but informs that it has received 192.168.0.220, etc.).

While if I perform 3) instead, the system logs of both RE505Xs go blank.

@Maciej  Hello,

Thank you for your valuable feedback . For " go offline" do you mean Range extender will go offline on Tether app/ Web page? May I have a photo of the Error message?

To exclude the issue, if only connect 1* RE505X( unplug the 2nd extender) to AX11000 with oneMesh Beta, use default settings on range extender, is there any problem?

If still goes offline, please help provide some information here:

1. your network topology

2. firmware and hardware of the Range extender

Thank you very much~

@Solla-topee

Thanks for your response.

1) By "go offline" I mean the RE505X will stop being seen as a OneMesh node in the router's OneMesh tab. There is no error message. And, since it is no longer seen, nothing will connect to it. To avoid this, I have to bind its IP and MAC. But when I do, I can no longer connect to TP-Link Cloud through Tether or through the RE505X's GUI.

2) If I connect just one RE505X and use default settings, it will go offline as described above in half an hour or so.

3) My network topology is very simple: one Archer AX11000 and one (or two) RE505X unit(s).

4) Hardware revision of the RE505X is 1.0, and I have tested with firmwares 200604, 200730 and 201013.
