Have the same issue with Gigabyte B550 gaming X v.2 motherboard. latest BIOS (F13a) and wi-fi card is not even detected by BIOS not even talking about windows device manager. Tried to install manual drivers but I don't get how it could help if card is not being detected by motherboard. Please advice

@Ferraline Hi,

If TX3000E hardware is not detected device manager, you could the suggestions mentioned in this post first:
https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/215446

If Bios is up to date, you could try a different PCI-E slot, boot up PC in Windows safe Mode ,disable power saving Mode and if that helps.
Please also try a PC with a different motherboard if possible.

Hi, @Solla-topee thanks for your advice!

I tried all mentioned suggestions, changed PCIeX slots several times, and tried to boot in safe mode nothing helped. The only thing now I'm getting occasionally (not after each re-boot) that the System detected Bluetooth card and installs drivers for it. After reboot it disappears.

@Ferraline Hi there, we appreciate your update yes

Please download and install the latest Bluetooth driver ( 22.30.0 for now) and see if this helps:

If same issue, may I know do you mean Bluetooth adapter disappear from device manager after PC is restarted , or just Bluetooth icon disappears, is there any Error message for Bluetooth adapter in Device manager? Thanks~

Hi there! so I think we are spending our time in the wrong place. I bought another wi-fi & Bluetooth PCIe card. (the same manufacturer as my motherboard) and it's not working properly. So TP-Link and my new card have the same Intel AX200 chip and seem that some manufacturers are not properly working with it. BTW the new PCIe card is not only detected as a Bluetooth card and not wi-fi. Motherboard Gigabyte Gaming X v2 (WIFI card aorus gc-wbax200) TP-Link card and Gigabyte card are running smoothly on other motherboards Cheers,

@Rapeepat Hi,

Here is a related post for TX3000E hardware not detected issue:
https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/215446

If you have the latest Bios, please disable PowerSave Mode for adapter and try the latest Intel Wi-Fi Driver ( 22.30 for now) and see if this helps: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/189347/-Wi-Fi-6-AX200

probably something wrong with your setup. I'm using a ga-ab350 gaming 3 and the tx3000e was completely unusable, not appearing with code 45 after every power cycle etc. the gc-wbax200 worked right out of the box and detects completely fine after restarts (though I did upgrade to the BIOS that exposes AGESA 1.0.0.4B with 'improved pcie compatibility' to try and resolve my issue first time round).
