Archer XR500v Firmware Update

I'm looking for Archer XR500v support page, so I can find and download it's latest firmware update.
I didn't found it in any Tp-link website(any country).
If anyone have this information, please share it here. Thank you in advance.

So we did not have any common firmware for online updates.
If this device is not given by the ISP and reconfigured by them already, please try to get a common model, such as Archer VR600, VR900.

This router is a specialized model for internet service providers.

Normally, the service providers would update the firmware automatically for customers on their side.

Hi,
How long did you have the device?
When you touch the router itself, is it really hot as the temperature shows?
And if you power off the modem for a while, after it cool down, how long will it take to get back to 60c?
By the way, how long have you had the device and when did this issue start?

Its newly purchased 10 days back only., from day one if I touch it feels normal heat, but showing temperature value above 60C. I think its a bug in firmware. Please can you post latest firmware of Tp link Archer xr500v.

Hi,
I just byed 2 units 2 weeks ago. I'm not a ISP. I'm using this device with my current ISP.
It's looks like a firmware BUG. My 2 units crash after 2 days after turned on.
Why we don't see a support page for this device, for a normal customers like me obtain support?
I really need to have access to latest firmware. If this device should be sold only to ISP'S, please let me know, so I'll move fw to return with my TP-LINK distributor.

@Favoretto Yes bro. Wrong Temperature bug. There is another problem with this model. My wifi 5mhz signal suddenly goes out of wifi list. After restart signal comes. Suddenly 5mhz signal out of radar.. Did you face this problem?
