How to disable wifi security(no password) on Deco M4

Hi,
I'm trying to disable wifi security (set password to blank) on my Deco M4 via WiFi via deco app,
but it keeps saying the password is required.
I hope there is an option for a blank password.
There is a lot of use cases for no password wifi.
Example:
hotspot
or for guest so you don't have to give the password every time just on/off guest wifi.
This is a basic feature.

Hello,
You may leave the password box empty, which will disable the wireless security for your Deco network.
BTW, ensure you are running the latest firmware for your Deco M4.

we have the same issue, I need to disable the wifi security for hotspot purposes but it's impossible with Deco-M4. Anyways what is the latest firmware of Deco-M4.

Hi, are you both running the latest firmware for the Deco M4? If not, please update its firmware first, then confirm again.
If it still not allow you to set an open network, please show me the screenshot on your Deco app when you leave it empty and click OK, what's the error message, show me the firmware version of your M4 as well.

Hi, what is the current firmware of your Deco M4? You need to update it to the latest firmware first via the Deco app.

sir did you fix on updating the device? having trouble in updating the firmware which we could disable WiFi security.
on deco app it says firmware i updated. on web interface , i cannot proceed by gateway ip . starting to be disappointed with this device
