Software Version: 1.0.0 0.8.0 v6024.0 Build 181119 Rel.51259n
The software update is not available on the site, I contacted Milenicom. They sey We can't help it, it looks at the tp link. It was said that we cannot help you, please contact tplink. VN020-F3 is a customized model for local internet service providers and there is no further firmware version that could be provided by TP-Link to the end users directly.
If you have some issues with this router and want a firmware upgrade, please contact your internet service provider for further assistance.

Why do you want to update the firmware?
Is this device given by the internet service provider, Milenicom?
Have you tried to contact the local support team since your current model is a customized model for local ISP, and normally they could help to check if there is any firmware available?
