X20 Constantly Disconnects
My Deco X20's are constantly disconnecting from the internet gateway (comcast xfinity). I've tried the firmware update recommended in other solutions, but it gives me a message that I already have the latest firmware when trying to update. Looking for a TPLink solution that works, as it appears this is a problem for many customers.

Thank you very much for your kind feedback.
Could you please try to update the following firmware to see whether it helped or not:
https://static.tp-link.com/2020/202011/20201110/Deco_X20_V1_1.2.6_Memory.zip
and how to update the beta firmware:

thanks a lot and wait for your reply.

@TP-Link That firmware looks to be for V1, but I think I have version V1.20. Should I load the firmware you sent, or is there a firmware for V1.20 that is an update to the firmware version I currently have (deco x20 version firmware 20201013 r1.20 fel 64606)? Thanks.

I'm having the same problem. The main unit becomes completely unresponsive. The other units turn red but the main on stays green (or it stays off if it stopped reposnding at night when the LEDS turn off even after they are suppose to turn on again). The app can't find the main unit. The only solution is to pull the power plug and wait a couple of seconds and then plug it back in.

@TP-Link Please let me know if the firmware you put in the thread is for v1 or v1.20. My X20's are V1.20, and that's the firmware I need for upgrade to help eliminate the issue with the constant disconnect. Thanks.

@MacMorgan no, I didn't. I got a different router without wifi and use the X20s as access points only. They seem to work okay that way.
