Are you talking about the router login username and password? Generally, the default username and password for login to the router is printed on back or bottom of the router, which is admin/admin by default. If you changed the default username and password and forgot it, then you will need to reset the router to factory defaults using the procedure in your router manual. After the reset, you will need to set a new username and password. You will need to reenter all of your config info.
