Hi, would it be possible to activate call forwarding from the web interface?
Whenever i try to issue it as a USSD command (*21*number#), it return UNKNOWN APPLICATION.
Tested on Archer MR400 and TL-MR6500v (booth web interface and phone dial)

Hi, Have you tried to put the SIM Card into the mobile phone and test call forwarding via USSD?
By the way, may I know who Is your SIM card carrier and have you checked whether you have the correct USSD command?
And one more question, did you set up call forwarding via VOIP or VOLTE on the modem?

Hi, on both routers I tried blocking the network in 3g only and in 4g only, but response is the same (MR6500v without volte).
On mobile phone, the code works correctly, but i'd rather not insert and remove the sim every time ;)
Phone carrier is "Very Mobile", a 2nd brand of WindTre (IT)

Hi, I have seen that many SIM carriers required VoLTE feature for voice traffic.
If enabling the VoLTE on the MR6500v, would there be any difference?

@Leoz same problem with TL-MR6500v 4G router, and TIM as mobile operator. All USSD codes return "UNKOWN APPLICATION"

At the same time, could you please help me check the following information:
1. are you able to call transfer via USSD when putting SIM into the smartphone?
2. would you please enable VOLTE and VOIP on the MR6500v to use USSD again?

I see there are two MR6500v under your TP-Link ID and did both of them have the same issue?
Have you tested Call transfer via USSD when the same SIM is inserted into a smartphone?
I noticed that when you switched on VOLTE, the network type is WCDMA(3G) and when VOLTE is off, the network type is 4G LTE, then it will drop to WCDMA later.
So I wonder did the SIM carrier support call transfer via USSD on both 4G LTE and WCDMA?

Hi, to change call diversion every week I extract the sim and I put on a smartphone to executes same codes. It works without any issue. I suspect some sort of "encoding" or some prefix missing using this codes on this router.
I'm going to try call divertion with other router (that has a sim with PosteMobile other operator)
