Dear users, my tplink powerline kit model - TL-WPA7517 Kit is not giving me a steady powerline connection. LED light for powerline network is turning "on" and "off " frequently.

please help me to find a solution. Is that due to firmware issues or something else. I tried to pair it placing them very near to each other on different plug points . They are pairing but LED is turning "ON" & "OFF". I am in India . Modem is Netgear AC1200 (D6200)
