Netgear Router 834N Connected but no sent and receive data.

I have the starter pack TL-PA411 KIT. I have set-up the connection with my Netgear 834N router with the TL-PA411, the problem is there is no send and receive data when accessing the internet, but it's connected. I have tried pinging the ip address of router and connected device, it only sends/ receive 2 packets out of 4. When I try it on the original O2 router router it works fine without a problem. Just wondering is the TL-PA411 KIT not compatible with my Netgear router? Would there be a firmware upgrade to fix this problem?
