Firmware Version: 1.4.1 Build 20210602 Rel. 15741

My HC4/AC1200 after restart sub unit keep solid yellow light, instruction show solid yellow Deco is stating up, please wait. 

I'm waiting more than 72hours, device still solid yellow light. Agent don't reply my msg, who can i looking for?

Hi, Here are some suggestions for you:

1. hold the reset pinhole at the bottom for 1s.

 

2. If still the same, please refer to this link to do a firmware recovery：

PS: since the Deco HC4 is an ISP customized model, its firmware hasn't been uploaded to the official websites, are you able to contact the internet service provider to get a copy of your current firmware? If not possible, there is no need to test the firmware recovery.

How to use firmware recovery if the Deco become brick

 

And Did you have any reference ID after contacting the local support?
