Can anyone tell me what my router is showing an orange light on the circle with a halo? Kind of looks like the internet explora logo?

@terziyski thank you, though it doesn't refer to specific icons. 
 

I know there is a feed to the router, the Wi-Fi icon is solid blue, and the network is available to find on devices, they can't connect though.
