[Case One] DSL dropped out
@Spike1 Hi, Sorry for directing you to this post. I think it could be more convenient if we start troubleshooting here.
Since the latest firmware for Archer VR2100 has been released, please make sure your firmware Is up to date
Then if the issue continues, please contact the Technical support or reply below with the following information:
1. Some pictures of the Advanced>Status page before and after the DSL connection dropped out.
2. The system log for about 10mins after the internet connection was disconnected.
3. How often did the connection drop out?
4. How long have you had the modem?

@Karpfly Yeah, that firmware came out officially a few days ago, I'm using it now but still get disconnections usually every 24hrs in the night, I have barely any or 0 error packets too. Maybe it's my line, I think the older one is more stable for me.
