I have recently changed my router and bought the WR941HP and i'm facing a strange problem, the WIFI stop working on my android phone and i have to disconnect/connect again, this is happening like every two minutes. I have done the following things to fix the issue

 

Reset the Configuration

Re-installed the frimware

Reset the android network settings

Changed the channel width

Assigned Static IP to the android Device

 

 

However, nothing worked for me, this is happening only with few android phones. Please help.The signal strenght is excellent.

Try these wireless security settings:

 

 

If this doesn't improve things, set these DNSs in Internet connection settings:

 

 

If the issue persists then use this article to select less crowded channel around you:

https://www.metageek.com/products/inssider/

 

and set this wireless channel into the wireless settings (refer to first screenshot) then test again.

Would you mind tell us what's the make and model of these problematic Android devices ?

Meanwhile try first post suggestion from this thread and see if there's any improvement.

I have read all the FAQs before posting the questiono here and i have tried all the recommended steps but nothing worked for me.

 

Infinix Hote 10, Oppo Reno, Realme, I have tested these mobile phones and they disconnects every 2 minutes. While Samsung A32, Microsoft laptop they are working fine. Today i brought a cheap Tenda router from my friend and surprisingly the signal strength was excellent as compare to TP-Links which is double in cost and it works fine on every mobile.

Have you tried to forget the wireless network SSID from the problematic devices (after you've made the changes mentioned in my previous post) ?

Then add it again to test if any difference. If nothing helps you can always contact technical support to be advised further.
