@Kevin_Z

I managed to update router firmware with the beta sw according to your instructions. Lets hope that solves the problem.

Thanks Kevin!

@Kevin_Z Here are the screenshots. I downloaded the file you recommeneded,  extracted the bin file and then tried to update.

@Kevin_Z

I have the  Ax20 V1.20

1.3.2 Build 20210902 rel.16909(5553)

I installed this version because since a few days, it happens that I turn on a TV that is connected via Wi-Fi or via cable and the router automatically turns off the 5GHZ network. With this update the problem was not solved.
I restart the modem and it's back to normal.
Somebody could help me?

Thanks!

What is the brand and model of the TV? Do you mean no matter the TV connects to the wireless network or via LAN cable, the 5GHz signal will be shut off if you turn on the TV? Try modifying the 5GHz channel on the AX20 to a different one, such as channel 40/44/48, then monitor again.

@Kevin_Z

The latest firmware version (Archer AX20 (EU) _V1_210902) disconnects some devices on 2.4 GHz WPA / WPA2-Personal security and others on 5 GHz WPA2 / WPA3-Personal security. Firmware Archer AX20 (EU) _V1_210524 is OK

Hardware Verison: Archer AX1500 v1.0 After installing the beta provided here, the connectivity issues seem to have stopped. If it helps; I lost connection every 30 min exactly, before installing the beta.

@Kevin_Z

Hi! My TV is a Philips with Android TV.

Yesterday I reinstalled the Android on the TV and also restarted the modem as factory and it seems today it is working fine.

@Otetraverso Please monitor the connectivity and let me know if there is still an issue.

@kande Do you mean the disconnect issue happens after you installed the beta firmware on the AX20? What are the devices that disconnect from the 2.4GHz network?
