Hello to anyone who can assist.

 

Out of the box the Archer A7 will not connect to the internet using PPPOE.
The credentials work fine on a Win10 device and that is how I am connected here :)
It had firmware 1.1.0 build 20201120 rel. 50406(5553) and I updated to 1.1.4 rel. 59103 this morning successfully. However the Archer A7 will not connect to NBN device using PPPOE.

 

I did check before purchasing on the TPLINK site, it did say the Archer A7 works with NBN FTTC. Thus far it will not.

 

I have not attempted cloning a device mac address or changing the ip network range from 192.168.0.1 to 10.0.0.0

Are there any other solution attempts I can try?

Solved!

 

And cloned the mac address to another devices to be sure.

By changing the ip network range from 192.168.0.1 to 10.0.0.1 

 

PPPOE connected and is routing traffic to the NBN network.
